After 20+ years as a successful business consultant, I was stressed out, overweight, tired, and dissatisfied with my life. Then I found out I had cancer! I was determined to be a survivor, and, at the same time, take advantage of this second chance to turn my life around.

Today I’m healthy, on my way to my ideal weight, doing work that I love as a life coach and inspirational speaker, connecting deeply to my spirituality, and following my creativity in wonderful new ways, including writing a children’s book! I’m excited by the endless possibilities that each day brings, and have never felt more alive and so full of joy.

From my corporate and personal background, my coaching focus is as a Transition Specialist. I help individuals and groups who desire change, or are experiencing change, in bridging the gap from where they are today to where they truly want to by discovering and living their magnificence.
