In her seventies, a time when most people are slowing down, Hattie is turning the tide by challenging the current paradigm of aging in America. Embodying characteristics generally reserved for women decades younger, she has positioned herself as an example of radiant health, beauty and sexuality for both young and old alike. With her international lecturing career and her ground-breaking book: The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Looking and Feeling Younger, Hattie has earned a reputation as a sought-after expert on maintaining lifelong youth. At 52, wearing a super-revealing swimsuit, she won first prize in New York’s Roseland Over-50 Bathing Suit Beauty Contest. Appearing in the same suit the next morning, an astonished Regis announced, “There she goes. An inspiration to all of America!” Her appearances on Fox Magazine and NY 1 have inspired millions of TV viewers and she was the only senior ever to appear topless on the Howard Stern Show. In December 2008, at 72, she appeared as the consummate cougar in VOGUE, HARPER’S BAZAAR, W and VANITY FAIR in a gold bathing suit, holding hands with a 20 something hunk!

Her background in modern dance with Martha Graham, psychoanalytic psychotherapy studies at the National Psychoanalytic Institute for Psychoanalysis (NPAP), along with her heritage as a healer, uniquely qualify Hattie to confront aging from a combined physical, psychological, and spiritual perspective.
